3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops

Here is a classic, ultra-simple recipe for 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops.

This method creates incredibly tender pork chops smothered in a creamy, flavorful ranch gravy that's perfect spooned over mashed potatoes or rice.

🥘 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops

This is the most popular version of the recipe, using a can of soup to create a rich sauce.

Ingredients

Pork Chops: 4 boneless chops, about 1-inch thick.

Ranch Seasoning: 1 (1-ounce) packet of dry ranch seasoning mix.

Cream Soup: 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup (cream of mushroom or celery also work).

Water: 1/2 soup can of water (optional, to thin the sauce slightly).

Instructions

1.  Layer the Pork: Place the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker, ideally in a single layer.

2.  Mix the Sauce:In a bowl, whisk together the condensed soup, ranch seasoning packet, and water (if using) until smooth.

3.  Cook:Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the pork chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the pork is fork-tender.

🧈 The Buttery Foil Packet Version

If you prefer a richer, buttery sauce without the soup, this is an excellent alternative.

Ingredients

Pork Chops:4 boneless chops, about 1-inch thick.

Ranch Seasoning:1 (1-ounce) packet of dry ranch seasoning mix.

Butter:1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced.

Instructions

1.  Prepare Foil:Tear off 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

2.  Assemble:Place one pork chop on each foil sheet. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over both sides of the chops, then top each with a quarter of the sliced butter.

3.  Seal: Fold the foil up and roll the edges tightly to create sealed packets. Place the packets in a single layer in the slow cooker.

4.  Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-3.5 hours, until the pork is very tender.

 ðŸ’¡ Quick Tips for Success

Don't Overcook: Lean pork chops can dry out if cooked too long. Start checking at the lower end of the time range, especially if your chops are thin.

Thicken the Sauce (Soup Version): If the sauce seems watery after cooking, remove the chops, whisk a little cornstarch into the liquid, and let it cook on high for 10-15 minutes until thickened.

Serving

These chops are fantastic served with the sauce ladled over mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or steamed rice.

Hope this helps you get a delicious, hands-off dinner on the table! Let me know if you have any other questions.
